What You Can Do Before Calling the Techs

Before opening a support request, it often helps to note what changed, which users are affected, and whether the issue happens everywhere or only on one device. Error screenshots, timestamps, and recent changes are gold.

That said, nobody should be expected to play technician. The goal is not to push support back on the client. It is simply to make the handoff cleaner so the right fix happens faster.
